Weighed myself this morning sans water, food, and le clothes... and weighed 124.7. Weighed myself again after dog walking and drinking a shake... 128.7. Like fluctuations are crazy. Weighed myself just now under typical conditions and weight is the same as yesterday so that's good.

How often do you weigh yourself? Everyday is probably a bit much for me.
126.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weigh myself every other week on Saturday morning,no food,first thing in the morning…I ignore scale and do measurements most time,scale fluctuate all the time like period😀good luck sis.

I do every morning right after I dry off from my shower. I will lose weight over the day as well, especially if I don't eat or drink. I feel being consistent is the key (in terms of time and relative ritual), and don't stress the day to day number. After a week it's easy to see if there's a trend. from one day to the next, though, it's kind of just noise.

I weight during the am, one time. That's it.

My weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs on any given day. I thought maybe it's water retention.

I weigh when I get up in the morning, before eating. I never weigh again during the day. Same time every day is best, but I can experience wild fluctuations even when on plan, so best to look at the trend, not the day-to-day. You do your thing, if weekly is better for you, do that. Welcome and good luck on your journey. 🌈

once every day in the morning, sometimes after a workout put of curiosity. it helps to understand where fluctuations come from - weighing less often led to falling off the track for me

I weigh myself randomly and have been tracking each time but at the end of the month I weigh in the last day of the month or the first day of the next and am looking for two up to 5 pounds a month. So far I am up and down in the same ten pounds for years now.
