Doc took the cast off, but tendon wasn't healed, so he put me in a walking boot for the next two weeks. Then i take it off for two weeks and see how i'm doing. If not better by my next visit on the 30th, he will probably do surgery, and i will be off my foot at least two months. Once i have this torn tendon thing behind me, i am going to get back to exercising. I hate that i was down to 174+ before Thanksgiving, and now i am almost back to where i started! But i will never quit trying!!
