So so glad today was a sweet day
Got my walk slowly but surely done / did my half dozen knee been ‘s
Had a great time with husband
Vacuumed the whole house by myself
And other chores
Tried not to be upset at my knee
Went on Youtub in search of breaking down scar tissue after knee surgery
couldn't believe the info gona try a few of them and will be seeing DR Tuesday

PS and before any body say something about my eating to much cake ,,, I gave myself permission its not out of control eating <3

Just keep walking and the pain will soon subside. While physical therapy is rough, take a pain killer and keep it moving. Before long, you won't even need the pain killer. Do what you can do, and no more. It will get better with each passing day. Feel Better!
