80% Fat 6% Carb 14% Protein for today. Weight was up to 217 again. Steps were low again today 4536. They only way I seem to manage to keep the steps up is to get on the treadmill first thing in the morning.

Based on my ratios today, it will be interesting to see what that scale looks like in the a.m.

I am not sure if I am doing it right ... to day I did 68% fat, 18% protein, 14% Carb... some days the protein is much higher...and I hardly go over the 20 carbs per day...I find it is hard know if you are eating the right ratio...

Yes I am still trying to figure it out myself. My weight seems to bounce around so I am going to try tracking it based on previous day's food journal. See if I can see a pattern to successful weight loss.

If you check your pie chart everytime you enter food, it will let you know if you are over in protein, carbs, or fats.

C67241 - can I do that (see the pie chart) on my android phone because I have not figured that out. I log food on it through out the day and then in the evening if I have not had enough fat I will do a bulletproof drink or something else. I guess I still don't know how critical it is to keep the proteins at 30% level? But that is definitely what I do in the evening to try and adjust for any errors I may have made during the day. Thanks for the suggestion.

No, on the phone you can not see the pie chart.

Thanks C67241. I didnt think so but it is nice to have it confirmed. So my phone shows carbs but not net carbe which is also frustrating. Soon I expect to be working from my home office and monitoring will be much easier. As will meal planning. Eating lunch out is tough at some location.
