Have some edema in my legs going on. Knees and ankles are swollen and stiff, but not painful and no difficulty walking; just annoying. Will still do RDLs tomorrow and power through it since this happened before last winter and that is what I did and things were fine.

That said, DXA scan scheduled for 7/24 and I have just 1.5 weeks left of dieting. Maintained my strength and lost about 9lbs which will probably be a little less once I eat maintenance and refill glycogen. Very pleased with the results and plan to spend time doing a very slow-lean-bulk to 180lbs or so. It will be a "corrective" bulk where I focus on some imbalances and the like to help my spinal adjustments with the chiropractor. Also want to work on some slight humeral internal rotation and kyphosis I am beginning to develop. Finally, abdominals will be a priority to hypertrophy them because I believe part of my body-dysmorphia comes from not having a strong set of abs. In other words, even if I am super lean it doesn't look like it.

Classes are going excellent... I love Bastyr!

Edit to add: My body also loves carbohydrates. On my fasting days I do very well in the morning but start getting tired at the 17 hour mark and the fatty protein meal only helps a little. However, once I load up on that carb-dinner I feel amazing. On workout days I have boundless energy from my PWO potatoes and the such.
