A friend came and carried me off for breakfast. Who knew being driven a couple of miles and eating took so much energy. But there I was, craving French toast, knowing I may well be out of ketosis due to meds... And I went for steak and eggs. So I dodged the impulse to cheat. If, even in the depths of pneumonia, I am on plan... Well go me. But wow I want some energy back.
