:-D thanks.. It is kind of disheartening when I was at 316-- then I am up again.. but I am still coming down. I Need to focus on that..I have to remind myself that I am still under 320... which back in April if you asked me if I was going to be at this weight now.. I would laugh..lol..

5.3 lbs to go to my half way mark to my goal.. (My goal might move- have to wait and see how I feel when I reach it..)..
