Today marks the start of a new day and new goal. This time I mean it I am going to loose this weight. I am now going to start to count my carbs. No more then 25 a day. Wine will be limited as well as all the other bad items in my life. I need to get back to the way I was. I felt so much better. The past 2 years I have felt bad. Need to change NOW.
