1560 kcal Fat: 69.01g | Prot: 58.73g | Carb: 173.06g.   Breakfast: french vanilla liquid coffee creamer non alcoholic, Coffee, No Sugar Added Dutch Hot Cocoa. Lunch: Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Blanched and Slivered Almonds, Romaine Salad, Kens Italian w Aged Romano Dressing. Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Red Table Wine, Plus Rotini Multigrain Pasta, Tomato and Basil Sauce, Ground Beef Chuck 80/20, Bell Peppers, Onions. Snacks/Other: thin and crispy pizza, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Butter Lover's Pop Corn, Dreyer's & Edy's No Sugar Added Fudge Tracks. more...
