so tired.. I just want to sleep.. been reading at night as apposed to sleeping and it is catching up with me. Today my daughter has preschool and my son is in kindergarten.. so from 1 to 220 I am gonna sleep. :) I am pretty excited about that. All is well on the eating front. I made a tasty pork tenderloin last night and some awesome cauliflower. None of the rest of the family liked the CF but me. Too bad really cause it was good. I will deff make it again.

How did you cook the cauliflower? I've been craving some but dont have any good recipes.

that often happens in my house too.. my response more healthy veggies for me :) get some rest

Z likes cauliflower when I roast it in a bit of sesame oil. Surprising as she has this thing about food that is white... sigh. Have a great nap!

The cauliflower was easy.. steam and drain 4 cups worth then add 2 tbl spoons plain fat free yogurt, 2 tbl fat free sour cream, 1 tsp of dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp of herb of choice like dill or something.. I used herbs de provonce. Mix everything with cauliflower then sprinkle with low fat cheese.. I used two oz of low fat sharp cheddar. Then bake in a dish till cheese is melty and dish is warmed through. It was 4 servings at like 77 calories each.

The book I just finished was Wintersmith by Terry Pratchett and the book I just started was taking your kids to disney 2011. :P
