I really am tired of this bouncing up and down with weight. It's not like the 3 lbs is a big deal to most people, but to me it is. I can't seem to have a nice balance.

I'm convinced my body wants to be overweight. The problem is, according to most diets, I'm not overweight, but I feel that way.
