If you are looking at my food journal - do not look at Monday March 7th as a guideline. I did not meet carbs or veggie NC for that day! (I had some digestive issues and such.) Every other day, I believe, is a good example of what to eat and follows the Induction guidelines pretty well.

Today I am moving onto OWL. The major change I am making is to add peanut butter. I am also in the process of adding more condiments as sugar-free and low-carb ones are allowed.
