I've been really happy with how things are going for the last week or so. I've stopped working at the hell-hole (a bit of an exaggeration, but hey). My mental state is heaps better and it's starting to show in my exercise and eating habit.

I've been pushing extra hard on the cardio at gym but I know I need to increase my weight training. It's just a little hard when I have so much far going the extra mile with the cardio and then my body is just not up for more in the weights section.
