Had a great 3 day weekend, ate out way too much, but boy, was it good! It was a long time coming and perhaps a bit overdue. Now I need to hunker down and focus on the next 2 weeks to get some momentum going! I've just got to hold it together till next week, since this week is TOM. I've gained 2 lbs easily just because of this! I'll be glad to see what next Monday's weigh in might be, hopefully a loss finally. I'm bound and determined to break this 150 mark before summer and stay there!
Goals for this week, get at least 30 minutes exercise in a day and 7 hours of sleep every night. Monday was a bad start to this, but Tuesday's a new day. :)
