I have always been small with a tiny waist. I had my first daughter in 2000 and returned to my pre pregnant weight and size in no time. I had my second daughter in 2002 and i have not lost my stomach since!!!!! I am s nice size now i just have a muffin going on and i hate it. I have recently joined the gym and i have a personal trainer. I have started training with her 3x a week and i do 1 hour of cardio 2x a week on my own. Today was day 5 of my 1 on 1 workout and i am getting discouraged because on friday 3/4/11 i was down to 31.9% body fat and 153lbs but today i weighed in and i was back up to 157lbs and 32% body fat!!!!! My cruise is June and I want a flat stomach and no dimples in the thighs!!!!!
