bit fed up today, ate a huge Panini with lots of cheese, cause that's what you do when your not losing weight fast enough (stupid woman, no logic there at all), oh well will continue the day as normal so as not to self distruct completely and tomorrow is another day.

It must have been what you needed at the time, moving straight on rather than using it as a reason to overeat for the rest of the day is a great habit to develop.

Well I was very good I stayed on track for the rest of the day, and didn't have any drastic effects in the long run so hey hum. On track and positive today, was thinking of your comments whilst pushing myself through insanity, telling myself it'll get easier and I'll be proud of myself in the end. So thanks that helped me complete a full workout and at almost full speed, so maybe that feel good factor is creeping in (fingers crossed)
