I just had a new exercise class today.. it was kinda tough.. I am crazy excited for my weigh in tomorrow. I hope it goes well. I feel it should go well. I did go over calories a few days but it was not outta control over and I have been being thoughtful of what I put in my mouth.... so we shall see.

The class is called a pilates Reformer class. I kinda tweaked my side a bit on the last move.. :P So i am taking it easy for the rest of the day.. I bet my pecs will be sore tomorrow! :)
