wintersmith's Journal, 10 April 2009

In spite of my coworker's best efforts today has been a pretty good day food wise. The tendinitis I've managed to develop flared up again which made it a bad day for exercise. On the plus side, this has forced me to go out and get some ankle braces that work wonders. Walking doesn't hurt and I did a couple of speed drills to test them out without suffering any ill effects, so here's to hoping.

Hi just reading your diary. i like you have problem with my leg at times but meds are working so I've no more excuses about walking. Im going to try losing weight with meal replacements, I've used LIOPTRIM before with great results, but cant afford it and now also social and family life makes it impossible to just use shakes, so need to have a "PROPER MEAL" at least once a day, I know its not the healthiest way to do it but only way it works for me. Hope you add me as a pal, I wont be on site very often awaiting new internet connect. Hoping my chart willl read like yours soon. Great work.

I appreciate the support. I generally avoid anti-inflammatory medication until I feel I really need it. My foot injuries are due to participating in martial arts being as heavy as I am. I'm hopeful that a mix of exercise And your chart will probably surpass mine. The important thing to remember is to stick with your plan. You will have bad days but do not let them stop you. Put the guilt aside and return to your plan. As an example, if you look at my diet for the last week you'll see a lot of junk food. I was on business travel and healthy options were simply not available. I felt guilty, but in the end I kept my meals small and my calories low to make up for it. Even after that I'm lighter than I was. You can recover.

im the same bout the anti-inflammatory meds and was not taking hem correctly so I was in agony, My new doc inisted i take them correctly and Im like a new woman. I was shifted last june to whilst on holiday in Malta with suspected DVT, i thought I would die with the pain. Lucky(?????) for me it turned out to be phili-bli-tis (cant spell it medical way). My right leg was like a ton weight and stiff. I could not walk any distance without nearly sceaming with pain. and for some one ho was as healthy as a horse before this it was soul destroying. and the joke of this thing is sitting down is the worse thing to do, you have to walk to relieve the pain.
