I need to be eating like you when I reach my goal weight of 150 and start maintenance. It is a long time away, but I feel like saving your meals, so I can re-create them for me in the future. How on earth do you manage to keep you breakdown to Carb30% Fat30% Protein30% and calories so consistent day after day??? I am in awe and so impressed. Is there a tool on FS that helps you figure this out? I am struggling just to get the % protein up without going over 1100 calories, without thinking about the Fats & carbs. My pie chart is different and a complete surprise every day.

Deelbee, I focus on a solid lean protein first, which is usually the biggest challenge to get enough and then I eat huge salads at lunch to get in my veggies. secret here, I could easily dump veggies for just fruit, but it's too calorie dense. I love fruit, so that's easy and the rest just follows. I don't avoid bread or other simple carbs, but by the time I eat everything else, I don't have as many. I also tend to eat the same basic ingredients prepared different ways. I'm not going to say I don't eat packaged food because that's not true, but the ones I do eat are things like breaded chicken tenders and crusted fish. I do log religiously, but I only look back on occasion. My goal is set at 1200, but that's to give myself a warning before I go too far. I probably eat 1300-1500 daily if I look at the reports. Desk life is sedentary, after all.
