COMPLETELY slacked off this weekend, havent worked out since thursday and totally bummed about it. I was very busy this weekend and since the gym is not open late on the weekends (which to me is totally stupid)I didnt find time. Grrrr....oh well this week is a new week and I'm going to do better. I should have worked out at home but I didnt, I have been SUPER tired and I think the reason that is, is because I have been eating crappy all weekend and I have been sick. I went out to lunch friday, went to lunch saturday and lunch today...so I have been skipping meals which is a BIG no no...ugh, what is wrong with me. Oh well...like I said I will do much better this week. One good thing is I didnt gain much, only a few ounces. But I do feel it in my muscles. Hope everyones weekend was better than mine!
