Enormous stress week, a lot of up and down lose-gain-loss. Added more exercise past 2 weeks but also more sweets. :( Working on controlling the stress as it reflects on my diet will power a lot.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 96.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
