Getting back on track. Severe stress time, but back to work part-time and the exercise is helpful.

Too many life changes, included moving twice. Fell back into crazy eating patterns with not enough physical exercise. Up,down, up and down. Breaking the carb cravings is the worst part of starting over. Leaves me feeling antsy and tired.

Finally rid of scum bag stocker, but then my camera was stolen by a drug addict who used his son to gain access. Could not use the camera for work until I it surfaced t a pawn shop and it cost me 150.00 to buy it back. My car broke down and had to sell my small boat to get it fixed. Had to take a temporary job that I hated going to work at everyday. So the stress-sss-sss is really hard on dieting. Praying for more peace and a new job.

Enormous stress week, a lot of up and down lose-gain-loss. Added more exercise past 2 weeks but also more sweets. :( Working on controlling the stress as it reflects on my diet will power a lot.
