Friday night, date night, carb loaded for dinner (Italian - capellini fra diavolo). felt like crap all day Saturday. cleaning out pantry of high carb items. trying low carb high fat... well more like med fat med protein. have done the 2 mile walks 3 out of 7 nights. Lets see if I can make 4.
