Feeling much better and my hands seem to be healing quicker too. I've been on the Paleo program now for just over a week.
I had previously been on hCG and did that for about 7 weeks and lost a total of 28 pounds. So far, I have only gained back 3 pounds.
This week I start a new schedule at work; 3 to midnight, Tuesday through Saturday and will also be incorporating the P90X exercise program each day before work.
I'm looking forward to getting more lean and strong!
