I have been doing pretty good following the Paleo eating program. I don't miss any grains or sweets. I don't miss the legumes because I rarely ever had them in the first place and dairy I have just replaced with alternatives. I had long ago switched to almond milk and recently discovered Daiya shreds to replace my cheddar and mozzarella cheese!
This week I am adding in exercise and going "balls out" so to speak by doing P90X. I won't be able to do 100% the initial 6 weeks but will definitely get in a good sweat EVERY day and then the second 6 week set will be AMAZING!
