food journal is planned out for the day- now i will try to stick to it

we have some company coming over so that is always a wild card but i have a plan and i gonna stick-

last night i had peanut m&m's ok they are another food i cant stop with- so they have been added to the do not eat list LOLOL but i logged what i did eat
