Good Morning All-

well its saturday- just another day for me LOL being a stay a t home mom and all
scale went down this week so i am happy about that- but i am finding it hard to work out. its just so hot and we did not put the a/c in yet- not surei want to i like to see those small electric bills LOL - we do have a small a/c unit in our bedroom though- so nice after a hot day- I have been more active but with 4 kids- 3 of which are not in school my days are always active LOL

so i have figured out that the caffeine in coffee makes me crazy- come the end of the day- headache- and anger - and the feeling like i want to rip my skin off-

so i dont drink coffee anymore which is sad because i love the taste and smell of it. i have been drinking my tea- which does not have the same effect on me as the caffeine in coffee- weird-

joined a new challenge- need to come up with a goal for the first week....
my mind is a blank- i mean sure the usual- log all food- move more- more water- but i already do those things- so .... maybe the need to reinforce these- buckle down so to speak...yea thats my problem when i think about it- late evening befre bed snacking- i jokingly told my oldest daughter (11) that the peanut butter filled pretzels were evil LOL and she looks at me with out blinking and said- hate the snacker not the snack- LOL i said good job baby girl- i have said that many times in the past LOL throwin my logic in my face - i am soo proud of her

well thanks for listening or reading or what ever - i feel better and more focused on my goals have a GRrrrrrreat day-
