Just rode 45 miles on my bike and then did a 30 minute run.

This was my nutrition for the bike

6:30am - Clif Bar 240 cal
6:45am - Begin Ride
7:45am - Waffle Cookie 160 cal
Hydration - Gatorade and Chia seed - 10 oz

8:45am - Gu Chomps 180 cal
Hydration - Gatorade and Chia seed - 10 oz

9:30am - Run
Hydration - 1 water stop

10:00am - Finish
119.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
