I am trying to do better when it comes to portion control and keep hearing and reading that writing down what you eat keeps you from overeating but as everyone can see from my calories that I will have taken in today. I already know what I am making for supper so went ahead and added it in for today. Probably will not be on here later in order to add it then...Anyway, I did real bad for today but will try better tomorrow and from then on. I have ways to weigh my food as I serve it up and will try better to do so so I eat the right amount of food and calories each day. Really want to lose all this extra weight so I can feel better and look better and can actually for once in my life be able to buy smaller size clothes.
