I weighed myself this morning and was 202. That is the lightest I have been since I started losing weight two years ago. It has taken my a long time to get here but I have always heard the slower the weight comes off the longer it will stay off. So, I am trying not to get upset when I gain. I actually did not do too well last week so I am surprised that I lost instead of gained. I have done pretty good so far today. I still have over 100 to lose to get to my goal weight,. Go Me!
