I am currently not on any particular diet I am just trying to keep the portions right and I just take recipes that I like from diets that I like the recipes. I have currently lost about 20 or so lbs. My weight keeps fluctuating. Currently my exercise routine consists of Zumba Dance up at the local Methodist Church and going to the city park and walking (which I haven't been able to do either due to having kids home sick all week and hurting my back last Friday. I would love to have someone to be accountable with if anyone cares to do the same.
