I started my journey about 3 and a half years ago. My highest weight was 323. I got down to 295 and stalled there for awhile. I was 295 on 9/17/10, I have lost 35 lbs since September. In September I started working out at a Cross Fit gym. It is the hardest workout I have ever done. Now my husband and I are doing the workouts at home. We are doing some Paleo type eating but I do have other foods also. It's all about burning more calories than you take in and if most of those calories are healthy foods you feel better.
