Day 3 of the Bikini Body in 3 months Challenge! Things are going very well. Staying on track one day at a time! I didn't get up and work out today...so it is going to thru my day off. Wednesdays are my long days - 11 Hours of work..ugh. And i have so much running around to do...my little one ripped his bookbag...and of course its at the bottom...so stuff is just dropping out of it...I ran out of juice boxes for snack time for them at school and no one told me :( How hard is it to call mom and say "Pick up Juice Boxes"...so today i will run at lunch time...pick up the Bookbag and Juice Boxes..Thank goodness for Target...2 seconds away from me and has everything in one store! So tonight when I get out of work...Pick the boys up at Baseball Practice...Go home...check their homework...bath time...read a book time...get them snuggled in bed and workout....Cardio for 30 mins...Treadmill for 30 mins...Abs for 10 mins!...and by that time I will be ready to drop and go to dreamland! So - you are a baseball mom too! My son plays college ball! In fact - I have been away for five days as we traveled to watch our son play in SC. The good news is that I exercised during the trip and ate relatively well. Those facts should help with the "bikini" challenge. I will study up today so that I will be on track.

Wow! Sounds like some of my days with three kids! As they get older, I know the activities will only get even more intense. I wish I had a way of working out at home. I guess I could try a video, but I never have done that. I love salsa aerobics, but I usually only get to it twice a week. Good job exercising after such a day!
