Am now walking the golf course 3 - 5 times per week. Gardening the other times and of course, line dancing once a week. Yes, it's paying off and it's pretty much pleasurable!! Progress is slow but it is progress!!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
