After a couple of weeks of extremely low motivation I have (mostly) been back on the paleo band-wagon this week and the results, while not great, show that! Hopefully EOQ will not have too bad of an influence on my eating and other habits next week and I can keep the motivation up!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
