Well, I keep telling myself "you have to learn to walk before you can run" and it's that mentality that's helping me. One day at a time I'm putting one foot in front of the other, working to achieve one small goal at once. First, learning to eat healthy and then adding exercise into it. Each day I'm focusing on drinking enough water, exercising even if I don't feel like it. Also, if I fall down I get back up the next day and don't hate myself for it. This is so different this time. I really feel that I'm making a lifestyle change and not trapped in the "diet" mentality. I really want to be healthy and I want to be there for my family.
