Ate WAY over my limit today. I just drank a laxative so hopefully that crap will leave my body. I wish I could purge.
Fasting tomorrow and then a liquid fast the day after.
I need control.

Great first post. Tracking your diet on this site will help you to reach your goals. Make sure you eat enough to nourish your body as you are still developing!
