I'm back!

It's been a while. Looking back at what I was doing just 2 years ago is shocking. Back then, I was sad and unhealthy. Even though I had (still have) my wonderful husband, there was something missing in my life. A total void. Today I can proudly say that empty space inside my heart has filled right up!

I am now an incredibly proud mom to a 7 month old little girl! Now that I have her, it is time for me to get back in control. I need to be healthy for her, for my whole family and for myself. I am so excited to get this going again!

When I walked into the doctor's office the day I found out I was pregnant, I was 186lbs. I got up to 226lbs and I am already down to 175lbs after minimal dieting (she keeps me so busy, who has time to eat a pizza??)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
