I completely the no sweets for a month challenge! Can not believe i stuck with it! Woo hoo! Gotta thank the group challange as well as my dad for believing in me!:-)
Im so proud i want to do it again in July. Maybe ill finally start my own challange on here!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
