Same thing happens to me all the time! Be strong remember you are what you eat!

I am not on the Paleo diet but I am on atkins which is very similar. I have been on my diet since Feb. 1st and just recently started giving myself cheat days. You know what is right for you. If you cheated and had the milk shake that is okay just get back on the horse and carry on. :)

Instead of eating one of those fatty shakes try getting a healthy lean smoothie. It always subsides my cravings.

I know the frustration, but don't beat yourself up! Next time don't take your boyfriend with you, or give him an ultimatum... if you offer me something you you know I don't need, I won't offer you something you want. :)

Assign a day every week as cheat day where you can eat whatever you want. On all other days, eat healthy! You also have to take care of the psychological part of dieting.

Thanks so much for the support and ideas, I think I may assign a cheat day, however I don't think I can go all out, for the next 4 weeks I am doing 50g carbs and below a day. I am in my aunts wedding and I have to walk down the isle in a almost skin tight gown. If I can resist a cheat day and sugary foods for just 4 weeks I think I can drop the fat I need. I can see it as the wedding being my ultimate cheat day and celebration for the hard work! then hopefully go into maintense after the wedding But I can give myself small treats like dark chocolate on the weekends to hold me from really falling off the diet!
