ok so i did the raw food diet for about a week and my taste buds are really changing! I am really enjoying it. I decided to go off of it and ww for a day yesterday and just had a pig out of 1 pint of ice cream and chocolate even though i did it i didn't quite enjoy it like i used to its weird. so now today i will be back on weight watchers til friday and then i will be doing another 10 days raw foods( i think i will put together a raw foods cookbook) even though im not cooking its still is all in the details of the preperation. yay i still lost even though i had a pig out. as of today i am 158!! finally far away from the 170's! I can't wait until i am far away from the 150's so now i have 3 pounds to my first goal!!!then i will feel out of the FAT zone.

Great job! So close to that goal! I've been curious about the raw foods. I see a lot of them at the health food store I visit. I do eat a lot of raw foods, in the form of salads and other raw veggies and nuts, but haven't tried any recipes.
