no weight loss :-(

I hate when that happens. But it happens to a lot of us. It doesn't mean things aren't happening in your body though. Make sure you are tracking honestly and watch those bites, licks and tastes (they can throw the whole week off). Drink your water. Get in your fruits and veggies. Make sure you get enough protein and lean dairy. Watch the processed foods (sodium). Don't weigh in after eating out (if you can help it). Restaurant food is food of sodium. Be active. Summer is upon us. Get out and walk, garden, bike, swim, etc. Activity can really kick up weight loss. Stick with it. You could step on the scale tomorrow and be down 3lbs. You are doing great.
