I ate far too much fat today! At least my caloric intake is still below my RDI.

On a whim this afternoon, I bought some honey almonds. I LOVE honey almonds. We also have a cupboard full of 'Crunchie' chocolate bars from England -__-

I often find that out of sight, out of mind is the best approach for me. If I don't buy these foods, and don't have them in the house, I don't think about them. Fortunately, my husband likes different sweets than I do. So I am not inclined to eat what I buy for him.

Oh well. My black exercise pants are now getting so loose that they sit too low around my hips and hang too low around my ankles. I have to keep hitching them up. I wanted to tighten the waistband with a safety pin this afternoon, but I got rid of them all before we moved to our new apartment.

From the fit of my clothes, I know I have lost weight, but my appearance in the mirror still looks very much the same to me. I guess clothes and tape measures are better judges of weight loss than visual perception!!
