my first time on in 6 months now =/ haven't weighed myself since that first weigh in back in October. think i'll buck up & weigh myself tonight before bed. really determined to lose weight this time!

Well we tend to weigh more at night. As you begin losing weight, you may want to pick a time you will weigh each day or week and keep the same time. Your weight can change hourly based on many factors (sodium, kinds of food you eat and drink, exercise, medications, stress, inflammation, etc. ). I prefer in the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. The most important thing is consistency though. Always weigh same scale, same clothes, same time, same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss.
