slow but steady! :) 10 pounds to go until my first goal of 155 pounds!! I know I can do this!!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love that you are setting mini goals! I think that keeps us motivated and appreciating the steps we have taken and helps to continue on this journey. Good job!

Thanks~ Yes it's so important to set mini goals since the big goal can be overwhelming! My dream goal would be 118 pounds but if I had to live with 155 I would be extremely happy I haven't seen that weight in years. :)

Ha - my goal weight IS 155, which I haven't seen in years either. Everything I read for my height and weight says I should be 135 but for crying out loud I'm in my mid 50's, 135 would be ridiculous. So my goal is 155 by 55 (which I turn in October) - fingers crossed!
