Weekends are always difficult because so much socializing and eating out, but I think I have made some very good decisions and I'm pretty happy about what I choose to order and eat.

I like Atkins because it tells me what food I can eat and what food to stay away from. So I pretty much ate veggies and chicken and kept far away from bread.

Tomorrow I will weigh in. I don't think there will be much of a loss but that's okay, even one pound is better than no pounds. I will be happy as long as there is not a gain, but i will be happier if there is a lose. :)


Need to work on drinking water today, have been so busy I'm forgeting about water.



Yikes just recorded my food. Went way overboard with food today. All food was on the Atkins list but ate way too much. Will have to eat less tomorrow.
