For those of you that workout regularly, how long did it take before you personally noticed a difference? How about before the scale registered a difference in the lower direction? I've been doing this for about 2 1/2 weeks religiously now and though I don't expect change over night, the numbers aren't going in the right direction and I'm beginning to get frustrated. Not only am I working out, but I am also eating only my allotted points, and eating the right foods, not the wrong ones.

Are you eating all of your daily points every day (going under can cause you to not lose or even gain)? Are you getting in your fruits, veggies, dairy and protein? Are you eating any activity points? Are you being honest about what you eat? Are you drinking your water? Do you notice your clothes feeling more loose (sometimes we lose fat but the stay the same on the scale)? Losing inches is another way of showing weight loss success (the scale is another way). Is working out new for you (muscles retain water to help them repair themselves when they are sore-which can lead to a temporary weight gain)? Are you eating too many processed foods (they contain a lot of sodium which can cause us to gain)? Is it that time of the month? Make sure you are eating enough for your workout schedule. Are you journaling everything you eat? It is easy to forget about all the blt's (bites, licks, tastes). Keep going, the scale will move eventually. Good luck!
