About 15 minutes to go on my 24 hour (give or take a few minutes) fast day. I was fine waiting until lunch to eat my first 300 calorie meal. I had meetings all afternoon, didn't make it back to my desk until 5:00 pm. A slight hunger settled in so I ate my 1 oz of raw almonds. That held me pretty well until around 6:45 pm, that's when I was really ready to eat...like stomach actually growled out of hunger for the first time in 20 years I'm guessing.

I can get used to this feeding/fasting style. Most definitely!

I need to be sure to have a post fast meal prepared when I come off my fast. I ended up eating nuts and another snack while I prepared my meal. All in all I had a nice low caloric day. I'll tweak this for my next fast day.
