Hello everyone...I'm on day 2 and still abit scared and confused about this diet...I've tried so many other diets and i'm sure about this one.I decided to take the carbs out of my diet 2 weeks ago just for 10 days as a trial before starting this diet for good. I lost 9 pounds.....so this is the diet i'm sticking with. I have alot of health problems and take lots of medication daily but I'm damned sure of one thing... there is a skinny girl hiding in this body and i'm going to find her !!!
