Went out last night and had a burger and fries at 11pm. But this morning we went out to breakfast and I ordered the fit breakfast so the damage was not to bad and it was a late breakfast so I won't eat anything big for lunch or maybe nothing at all for lunch just a snack or something. Did not get to workout before I ate but I will get to it when the kids go down for a nap.

Oh... my wii broke so I did not get to weigh in yesterday so I have to go buy a scale and weigh on next week I guess.

I had some bad stuff this weekend too back on track tomorrow...get digital scale...don't go cheap a decent one is about 50 bucks.
